Jennifer serves as the Director of RCM for our Behavioral Health Division. She was part of the inaugural NextStep Billing and Payroll team, and has grown into her leadership position since joining NextStep. Her role as director allows her to interact with psychology professionals and be a part of cutting edge technology in the field, always expanding and learning.
Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Oakland University. When not in the office, she enjoys hiking with her three rambunctious dogs and camping with her husband, Jeff.
