Stacy brings over 15 years of strategic, financial, and operations leadership experience to NextStep. He has significant experience in mergers & acquisition, business process improvements, and has led and supported numerous debt and equity capital raises. Prior to NextStep, Stacy served as Chief Financial Officer of Ncontracts, a best-in-class integrated risk management software and service solutions provider for financial services companies. Prior to Ncontracts, Stacy served as the Chief Financial Officer of Movius Interactive Corporation. He began his career in public accounting working for KPMG in their audit practice.
Stacy holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from California State University in Sacramento, and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business. He is a certified public accountant in the state of California.
