We are excited to announce Kristina Colligan has been named the new Product Director at NextStep. Kristina started her career providing direct care in the behavioral health field, including crisis response, family based mental health services, behavioral health rehabilitation services, outpatient therapy, and psychological assessment. She has spent the latter part of her career as an organizational development and change management consultant, before leading a behavioral health and integrated healthcare company, as the COO and CEO, respectively.
